 Off for summer months of June, July and August.  Executive Meeting will be held in July.
 Note:  If you have any necessary business over summer months, advise the Recording
Secretary by the first week in July to be included in the Executive Meeting.
That meeting will be scheduled in mid-July.

Meetings last approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours
A meal is provided after the meetings

Note:  You must attend at least two (2) meetings a year and have at least
ten (10) years of meeting attendance to receive annual Retirement Benefits.

Lodge Dues are Due by 6 January 2008 and are $40.00 per member

 Late Fees:  $50.00 if paid on or before 3 February 2008.
        $60.00 if paid on or before 2 March 2008.

Late dues will not be accepted after the 2 March 2008 meeting.

Members not paid shall be dropped and they must rejoin as
a new member. Further, any and all Lodge seniority that
had been accumulated thus far will be lost..
